Donation Checklist

Non-perishable items are always needed and deeply appreciated. If you're ready to donate, here’s a list of the things that help us most — all must be sealed, unopened, and within their use-by date.

Non-Perishable Donation Checklist
All items must be unopened, sealed, and within their expiry date.

Food Items

 

  • Canned vegetables, beans, lentils

  • Canned soup and stew

  • Canned tuna, salmon, or chicken

  • Pasta, rice, couscous

  • Pasta sauces (jarred or pouch)

  • Cereal and muesli

  • Long-life milk (UHT) or plant-based alternatives

  • Instant noodles and ready meals

  • Canned fruit in juice

  • Snack bars, muesli bars, and crackers

  • Tea, coffee, hot chocolate

  • Cooking oil, salt, pepper

  • Sugar, flour, and basic baking supplies

  • Spreads like peanut butter, jam, and Vegemite

Toiletries and Hygiene Items

  • Toothpaste and toothbrushes

  • Soap or body wash

  • Shampoo and conditioner

  • Deodorant (preferably roll-on)

  • Pads, tampons, and other sanitary products

  • Wet wipes and tissues

  • Razors and shaving cream

  • Toilet paper

  • Hand sanitiser

Baby and Family Essentials

  • Baby wipes

  • Baby food (jars or pouches)

  • Nappies (all sizes)

  • Baby formula (sealed)

Additional Essentials

  • Reusable shopping bags

  • Ziplock bags or small containers

  • Reusable cutlery and cups

  • Reusable water bottles

  • Sunscreen

  • New socks and underwear (adult sizes only)

Important Note:
We cannot accept opened, expired, or homemade food items. Please ensure everything is clean, shelf-stable, and suitable for donation.
